General Contracting and Development for Multi-Family/Residential Projects include Ashlyn Village, a 64-unit apartment complex in Mukwonago; Legend Meadows, a 216-unit development with pond at the intersection of Highways 83 and 43; Whispering Bay Condominiums, an 80-unit condo project with pond on Phantom Lake; Beulah Beach Estates Subdivision, an exclusive 27 acre, 7 single-family lot development on Lake Beulah; also multi-family projects in Oconomowoc, Muskego and East Troy.
General Contracting and Development for Commercial and Municipal Projects include a 46,000 square feet retail strip mall in Muskego, a 29,000 square foot strip mall in Mukwonago, a 11,600 square feet day care center in Mukwonago, a 12,000 square feet office building in Muskego, a 4,200 square feet office building and a 5,100 square feet office building in Mukwonago (the Berg Construction, Inc. offices are located here); a 7,300 square feet retail building on County ES in Mukwonago; Mukwonago Park Headquarters for Waukesha County; a 10,000 square feet retail building in Oconomowoc, a 4,480 square feet building for an automotive repair shop and garage, an 8,000 square feet addition to the Mukwonago Department of Public Works; Park Maintenance Building at Fox Brook Park, Mukwonago Pump Stations and Mukwonago Police Department.
Site Work: Berg Construction, Inc. performed the Site Work for all of the projects listed above in addition to the site work for the Mukwonago Walmart, Mukwonago Village Hall, Ashippun Town Hall, Mukwonago Community Library, numerous Waukesha County Parks, Town of Caledonia, Wales Church, Wales Pick 'N Save, 1st and Holt Home Depot, 1st and Holt Pic-N-Save and numerous subdivisions. Berg Construction, Inc. was awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors 1999 Projects of Distinction Award for Sitework/Landscaping at Waukesha County Fox Brook Park. Numerous other office and retail buildings. A list of projects currently underway is available.
Concrete Work: Includes Applebee's on Capital, Shoppes of Nagawaukee in Delafield, Chelsey Lynn Parkway in Mukwonago, Sherwin Williams in Mukwonago, Oak Creek Retail on S. Howell and Newport West in Lake Geneva.
